Speak for your value.
Ask for what you need. Have clearer conversations about your work, fees and boundaries.
A conversation you stop avoiding.
This is where I want changePrivate identity
& mindset coaching
For the life you want.
For who you are becoming.

More self-trust. Clearer boundaries.
Choices that feel like yours.
The change you came for
For the person who looks capable on the outside, but keeps second-guessing, over-giving or chasing the next milestone within. This is the change we work towards.
Holding back to keep their approval
Ask for what you need. Have clearer conversations about your work, fees and boundaries.
A conversation you stop avoiding.
This is where I want changeSaying yes while feeling no
Recognise the patterns you bring into relationships. Practise expressing a need or setting a boundary with care.
A need you can name and communicate.
This is where I want changeWaiting to feel good enough
Question the rules that make your worth conditional. Practise choosing from your values, rather than seeking constant approval.
A choice that feels more like your own.
This is where I want changeAchieving more. Feeling no closer.
Get clearer about what matters beyond achievement. Make space for choices that feel meaningful in your everyday life.
A priority you choose for yourself.
This is where I want changeBring it to a conversation. We will explore whether this work is right for you.
These are goals we can work towards together. Your focus and progress are personal.01 / The stories we live by
A thought can feel so familiar that we stop questioning it. Choose an area and follow one example.
For founders & professionals
“If I ask for more, I might lose their approval.”
Notice when you hold back from a clear conversation about your value.
Examples for reflection. Your experience may be different.02 / The identity beneath the pattern
A pattern is not the whole of you.01 / Notice
If I ask for more, I might lose their approval.
Start with a moment you recognise. What happened? What did you tell yourself? What did you do next?
02 / Understand
What does their approval mean to you?
We explore what the response means to you. A belief about approval, worth or safety may be part of the story.
03 / Choose
I can explain my value and listen to their response.
A new response does not have to feel natural immediately. We make room to question, explore and rehearse it.
04 / Practise
Prepare one honest conversation about your work, fees or boundaries.
The work continues in an ordinary day. Try a small step, notice what happens and bring that experience back.
03 / The Identity Shift Method
Four stages give our work direction. Your goals, comfort and progress shape what happens within them.
01 / Map
We reflect on eight areas of your life. Together, we choose a focus and describe what useful progress would look like.
Notice when you hold back from a clear conversation about your value.
02 / Root
We explore the beliefs, experiences and responses connected to that focus. There may be several influences; we leave room for yours.
What does their approval mean to you?
03 / Rewire
I explain the practices we could use and why. Together, we consider what is appropriate before making space for a different response.
I can explain my value and listen to their response.
04 / Embody
Reflection becomes practice between sessions. We review what happened, notice difficulties and adjust the next step together.
Prepare one honest conversation about your work, fees or boundaries.

Real conversations. Shared reflection.

04 / Meet Harshita
My own experience of difficult relationships and inner work led me to coaching. It taught me to look beyond the version of a life that other people see.
“We have the paintbrush in our hands.”Harshita, on Instagram
I work with people who want to understand themselves and make more deliberate choices. I bring personal understanding to our conversations, without assuming your story follows mine.
Based in Mumbai. Working online and in person, with experience supporting clients in Dubai.
A deeply customised journey, beginning with the area that matters most to you.
Exercises, reflection and work to try between meetings bring the focus into your week.
Mid-week progress checks and feedback help us see what is changing and what needs attention.
Achievement was a familiar part of my life: studies, performance and doing what was expected of me. But looking capable did not always mean feeling secure within myself.
Difficult experiences in relationships and work led me to look more closely at the beliefs I carried. Therapy was part of that journey, alongside coaching and reflective practices.
Exploring approaches such as NLP, hypnotherapy and breathwork helped me understand myself differently. My own experience of inner work shaped the coaching I went on to offer.
Today, I take time to understand the person in front of me. The work is deeply customised, with practices, reflection and progress checks shaped around what they bring.
I do not assume your story follows mine. We start with yours.
The work, up close
Your sessions are shaped around you. We begin with what matters, choose practices with care, and keep returning to what is changing in everyday life.

The Wheel of Life helps us reflect across eight areas and identify where dissatisfaction is strongest. Together, we choose a useful focus.
Conversation, reflection and selected practices respond to the person and the moment. The approach is customised, rather than a fixed set of techniques for everyone.
Learning becomes practice through exercises and homework. A small commitment gives you something real to try between sessions.
Progress checks, feedback and the changes you notice help us review the work. We make room for difficulties as well as wins.
Practices may include
Belief-focused conversation · Guided visualisation · Breathwork · Journalling · Mindfulness · Reflective exercises
We discuss what a practice involves and whether it is appropriate for you.A clearer focus. A practical next step.

07 / Before you begin
Coaching focuses on personal goals, reflection and practices between sessions. Therapy can support a broad range of needs, including mental health treatment. This coaching does not diagnose or treat mental illness and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
We explore the beliefs connected to your goal, agree practical steps and review what happens between sessions. The application call helps us consider whether this approach fits your needs. Previous experience does not predict or guarantee your result here.
A programme gives us time for reflection, practice and review across several sessions. The length, session schedule and payment terms are discussed before you commit.
There is a structure — map, root, rewire, embody — and inside it the modality is chosen for what you brought that day. Some sessions are conversation. Some are hypnosis or somatic work. Every session ends with something specific to do before the next one.
Yes. I have worked with clients in Dubai. We discuss your location, time zone, session arrangements and payment details before you commit.
Outcomes vary and I cannot guarantee a particular result. We agree a focus, review progress and discuss what needs adjusting. If the approach is not helping or a different kind of support is needed, we address that together.
Your next chapter
